It’s Spider Season!
Spiders are active all year long, but can go dormant during the cold winter months. When a spider’s eggs hatch each Spring, it takes a few months for them to become adults. Spiders are growing and reproducing all summer long!
By August, the spiders’ sizes and populations are near their peak! Yikes!
This is why you see more spiders and larger spiders in the Autumn season!
This will continue until the first, hard freeze, which usually occurs in November. However, spiders don’t die as many people believe. Instead, they find a place to spend the cold winter. Some of those places can include a basement, garage, crawl space or even inside your home!
Make sure your home is not a spider breeding ground. Treat now to prevent the Autumn rush!
