Pest Away was great. We have had several different technicians come out and every time we have had to have them come back before our quarterly visit. Clinton was sent out to us today and did an excellent job. He went above and beyond to take care of our spider and insect problem. He knocked down bee hives and spider webs that were around the house. Very Friendly guy and I will be requesting him for our quarterly visits from now on. I would recommend him 100%. I left a top 10 in revenue company last year. I was in the industry over 22 years. I would have liked to use a local independent company for a property that has German roaches. However let’s compare them with 2 larger companies. Arrow Exterminators quoted $250 initial $75 a month. Volunteer Rid A Pest $210 initial $110 a month. Bulwark $249 initial $70 a month. Massy Services would not quote over the phone. You are going to get the same guarantee with these companies. They all talk themselves up like any business, plus I worked for one of them and know they will get the job done. Tho I did not choose my former company. $110 a month is insane in comparison. —in regards to their response. The other companies don’t have an early cancellation fee. So they don’t actually force you into keeping them. All of them were told it is for a 2700 sq ft property. Also life is not fair. My review is absolutely fair and based on your companies price difference. You certainly will not be providing a service that’s going to be any quicker to solve the problem than the other companies. The review stays. You probably should try and give a better response to negative reviews. Being more competitive in your pricing would help gain more business also. I got a Magic Mike cast extra who apparently kills bugs as a side job. I immediately regretted not putting on my best dress and soft music. Instead I look like a lumber Jane better suited for deep woods off grid living. After I put my eyes back in my head and picked my jaw up off the floor, I could appreciate what a thorough job he was doing on the inside of my home. How does one man make blue booties look like a fashion statement? I asked myself these questions and more as I followed him room to room hoping his shoulder might accidentally brush mine. Thankfully it didn't because I might have burst into flames. When he looked at me with those piercing blue eyes I must of had a mini stroke because the next thing I know, 90 minutes have passed and I desperately needed a drink of water. The service worked as I no longer see any of the bugs for which he treated my home. He was polite and courteous as he didn't even mention when he slipped in a puddle of drool I must have left behind from staring at him.
