Qualifications:

Outgoing and Positive Personality: We’re looking for individuals who bring energy and a positive attitude to their work.
Educational Requirement: Must be a high school graduate or have an equivalent qualification.
Background Check: Must be willing to submit to a criminal background check
Valid Driver’s License: A current and valid driver’s license is required.
Drug Screenings: Must consent to pre-employment and random drug screenings.
Probationary Training Period: Must complete a 6-week probationary training period, including classroom and on-the-job training.
Commitment to Mastery: Must demonstrate a solid commitment to mastering the job requirements.
Certification: You must take and pass the Tennessee Certified Applicator Exam. (Our thorough process will fully prepare you for success.)
Personal References: You must provide two references who have known you for at least 5 years. We do not accept work references or family members. (Preferred references include teachers, neighbors, church members, friends, school principals, etc.)

Pest Control Route Technician – Cleveland

Salary: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Pest Control Route Technicians – Chattanooga (2 positions available)

Salary: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Structural Services Technician

Salary: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year Construction background preferred but not required.
